Katherine's Story

A highly driven overachiever, Katherine became an HR Director at the age of 22 in Aspen, Colorado, and spent the next 25 years overwhelmed and overworked.

"Pushing through" chronic stress day after day resulted in an autoimmune disease, disordered drinking, emotional eating, panic attacks, and a General Anxiety Disorder diagnosis.

Determined to start anew after a near-death experience in the Colorado mountains at the age of 45, she hired her first Coach and began healing from a decade of burnout.

When she tore her ACL skiing three months later, she saw the nine-month recovery period as an opportunity to graduate from one of the top U.S. coaching programs and simultaneously build an App to help others overcome their burnout.
