I would do it again in a heartbeat
"There are certain things in life which are holding you down; where you simply are stuck. Often books, therapy, meditation or talks with friends and family still won't get you where you want to be. Still "stuck " and unsure why. The 6 week challenge 100% got me unstuck, and I still go back to the app and accompanying materials when i feel I need to revisit certain topics. Katherine does an amazing job understanding and guiding one through the whole "getting unstuck " process!!!! I would do it again in a heartbeat!!!"
